We are currently looking to fill the position of a Human Resources / Safety Administrator at our Head Office located just outside of Fredericton, in Tracyville, NB.

The primary responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Maintaining both paper and electronic employee files
  • Assisting with the Recruiting process by posting job ads, maintaining the Applicant Tracker and assisting with screening and interviewing candidates
  • New Hire orientations
  • Benefits administration
  • Maintain Training records
  • Assist with the administration of various HR programs and processes
  • Health and Safety administration
  • Involvement with other departments as required

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high attention to detail and a willingness to learn various aspects of the business from both a Human Resources and Safety perspective. This position requires candidates to have strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn other programs as required. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business or Administration.
